If you are comfortable, I offer latch key service for convenience meaning your dog can be groomed while you are not home. Just leave a key, code, garage code or unlock from your phone so I can have access to your pup. When we are are finished, I'll return him/her inside and lock up behind me. I've also had clients leave their dog on a porch or secure area in the yard. People love coming home to a fresh and clean fur baby! It is best that you are present for the first grooming session, so a weekend appointment can be made for the first time only. 

All appointments are scheduled according to my route, so I cannot guarantee a certain day or time.

It depends on your dog's size, coat, style of cut, condition of coat and behavior but in general smaller dogs take about an hour and larger ones can take two hours.

No, you can come and go as you please. 

You can but the is no guarantee that I will have any availability. The best way to secure a spot is to get on a reoccurring schedule.

I do my very best to arrive right at the appointment time but there are many things that can happen that are out of my control that can delay my arrival time. Things like weather and traffic or a prior appointment taking longer than expected. I will never rush on a dog to get to my next appointment on time. So if your appointment is at 10:00, you can expect me anytime between 10:00 - 11:00. You will receive a text when I am on the way. 

Unfortunately, my insurance does not allow any humans inside my van during the grooming process but you are more than welcome to walk your dog out and look at the inside beforehand. 

I love dogs of all sizes but it is because I work alone and can only comfortably lift 60 pounds.

There are no discounts for multiple dogs in a household since they are the same amount of work, and take the same amount of time.
