We arrive at your home and complete the entire grooming process inside our fully self-contained van. The van is equipped with batteries for power, fresh water tank providing clean water for each bath, air conditioning, heat, and a water heater to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for you pup.
Upon arrival, we come to your door for a brief consultation. We ask that all pets are on a leash so we can safely escort them to the van for their grooming session. Once we're finished, we bring your pup back to your door looking and feeling their best. Payment is collected after the grooming is completed.
That's it! You don't have to do anything except answer the door!
There is no contract and no extra fee. It is not a requirement, you are welcome to contact us or use our online booking system when you need an appointment. However, it is highly recommended as sometimes we are booked up over a month out and it is the only way to always guarantee a spot on our schedule.
You have a choice of 8 weeks or less for the frequency of our visits. We send 3-4 months of appointments at a time well in advance to ensure proper planning for all parties.
While we try to be as accommodating as possible, we cannot guarantee certain days and times. To keep things running smoothly and to make sure we can care for as many pets as possible, we group appointments by location. This means we are in different areas on different days, which helps us stay efficient and on schedule.
If you are comfortable, we offer latch key appointments if you cannot be home during the grooming appointment.
For added convenience, we provide latch key appointments. If you won't be home, you can simply leave a key or door code, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll securely enter, get your pup, complete the grooming, and return them safely inside. Payment is processed by using a card on file.
We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as it is difficult to fill a last minute cancellation in your area. As a small, local business, is it hard for us to absorb the cost and can be detrimental to us. To reschedule we require 50% of the grooming fee if canceling/rescheduling within 48 hours and 100% the day of. Please let us know if it's an emergency situation.
Depending on the size of the dog and type of haircut, it generally takes 1-2 hours.
A lot of dogs get very anxious at a storefront groomer because of the other barking dogs and there’s just a lot of commotion going on. They typically have a better experience with mobile because the van is quiet, and they are one-on-one with the groomer. They can also look out the window and see their house!
You are more than welcome to walk your dog out to the van and take a look inside, but because of our insurance policies, no humans other than the groomer are allowed inside the van. This is also a special time for your pup to bond with their new groomer, and with mom and dad around, they may be more hesitant to do that. Dogs are a lot like kids!

Yes, we have a referral program and offer $10 off your next appointment for any new clients you send us, as long as they book an appointment.
Yes, we require proof of rabies for all pets that we groom, as it is a state law. We don't require anything else as they will not be in contact with other dogs.
